I have had this problem a few times now, I'm not sure if it's a GTA/MTA bug or something wrong with my graphics card.

Not much else to say really.. other than it flickers when it happens.

This bug happened to me when i used my stupid setVelocity script and set my speed too high lol

i sometimes get this when i go in and out of P panal
just reconnect

You don't need to recconect,just minimize your mta and restore it again.
