mta problems

so i had some pc problems so i send it to someone to fix it
he reinstalled windows and do some other things but my pc is still restarting sometimes
so yesterday i tryed to install gta and my pc restarted, and then when i tryed to enter the game it worked so i donwload mta and when i want to install it it say Erorr launching installer
So if someone has any ideea why it doesnt work pls post here

The common mistake of people trying to fix problem without checking important stuff first..
Most likely some hardware faulty. Or some bad infection which wasn't wiped still
Did you upgrade your PC some time ago?
Did you notice any change, like wierd noises from pc case or perfomance itself, etc

yes i did some changes but i dont hear any wierd noises

do you know how to fix auto turning nitro?

i mean sometimes when  i play and when i pickup nitro i dont press anything and nitro turns automatic on

dark, try to reinstall GTA San Andreas, It was happening to myself to my, reinstall it and, maybe work

It was you who baked his graphics card at Alphas suggestion, wasn't it?

This happens when you minimize MTA by Alt+Tab. The Alt key, which activates Nitro, is "locked" with that when you go back ingame, so it behaves like always pressed. If you press it once and release it will behave normal afterwards.
