Ok, i have decided to make this topic have seeing some very un-professional behaviour from certain people ( not mentioning names ).
Whenever i seem to ban somebody i have noticed on a few occasions that the particular player has been unbanned several hours later when i am no longer around mainly on the DD server but also on the DM server. I don't know if this is just happening to me because maybe you all think i am very un-professional and i don't know how to be an admin, but i don't think that is the case and if it is then you could only think im too strict because i do own my own server which untill recently was very successful and had a player-base of around 400 ( SA:MP ).
But when i see this happen it just makes me think that the staff within our servers are not doing their job correctly because you shouldn't unban anybody if it wasn't you that banned them, even ToMo, Alpha & Mdbelen shouldn't do it but with them it would probably be fine.
So as you may have already realised i have created this topic to stop this behaviour as alot of players already understand that our staff team barely communicates when it comes to the running and administrating of these servers and i wouldn't want people to think that we cannot talk to each other as the team we are supposed to be.
On the other hand maybe this is supposed to happen and once again i am just being over-dramatic but i would quite like to see a Wise Owl post here to give their opinion.
