Map Editor Problems

Yo.. Has anyone else had any rotation problems with this new 1.3.1 map editor???

Basically i cannot rotate using my mmb anymore, nor does the speed change when trying slow normal or fast rotation. just rotates the same amount at the same speed. although when you first pick the object when its in free mode with the mouse i can do it all then just once its placed and i have to use keys to move it around i get these problems... its so fucking annoying i cannot map shit.

I got 1.1 seems to working how i want it for now thanks. I did think of doing it before but thought it might just be my computer or something.
