Ok lets discuss here further than, .
Quick story: Hacker in DD, i called shadow and told the name, starac came to dd and asked the name, i gave the name again, shadow muted me, i changed my name to biggestnoobever, this was towards the hacker, shadow thought it was toward him, he banned me. Later on i went to dm server, i told this story in dutch to someone else, because i was mad for him banning me now i did insult in dutch. Shadow muted me. the 2nd mute was valid, but the 1st mute and ban just were unneccessairy if he did his job and just banned the hacker.

Actually think about it,

First ! You say on multi-chat a few times please come there is hacker and asked if there was admins on DM server when you could use '/players dm'

Second ! Starac came into the server, i came like 1 minute later then yo usaid his name atleast twice and said he hacks along with like 2 other people so i chose to mute you because you said it most. Immedietly following that you changed your name to 'biggestnoobever' which anybody would of seen as insults to the person that had just banned you as you chose to use /nick to do it. so for that i banned you for 1 hour as you were already muted.

You say now that the insults were not aimed towards me but why would you insult the hacker through /nick after i had just muted you. Makes no sense to me so i immedietly thought that you were insulting me.

Both Mutes & Ban was very jusitifed maybe you don't understand that because you have never had to be an administrator before ( please don't come back and tell me your storys of how you were administrator on other servers )

Please take some time to reflect on the situation and if have been an administrator before think of it from your point of view as an administrator and then come back with a mature answer if you still actually believe it was 'abuse' then by all means i will call Tomo, Alpha or Mdbelen here and we can let them sort it out.

Starac, please post your thoughts on this as you were a witness to the whole situation.

EDIT : without seeming an ass, please could you post all proof of my abuse because without any proof there is no arguement here.

EDIT AGAIN : The most funniest thing about all of this is that everyone that claims i 'abuse' are the ones that Insult, Spam, Change name's while muted and generally act bad. So think about that situation would you, maybe everyone says i 'abuse' because i'm the most active person during the day and i wont just sit there and watch someone spam & insult.

Its ok to do it, he can, and what he types will probably be true, he'll probably be able to tell you 2 that there was another guy who was telling that even manjot was hacking and he said vansh was hacking too. And eventually he appeared to be hacking too, which you can allready tell by this post by starac:

this sentence is just bullshit, i never said BAM is a clan, i just got it in my name together with Jesus<3Us. If you dont like the word BAM, thats up to you.

At the time, u definately were in the server, again , i got no proof, unless ToMo can check out the time that you check in/out, than he'll be able to see that you were online when there were hackers there. Perhaps even V@nsh can come here and tell you cause he was the one using the +chat from DD server and telling there were even more hackers. You were too busy with yourself/ keeping me muted/ saying that you did a good job muting me  for going there and ban the noobs who ban.

Thats all I gotta say, you'll probably put another nice post now saying that it's not true. It's your word against mine, so it's bullshit and worthless.

Ban was clearly overreacting, mute would be much too, afterwards you could explain why you did it, instead of telling them they are dumb
Henk wasn't spamming anything, and Starac even asked in the chat "who is"

This is how me, and probably most of other the admins would react..
I would join DD, spectate the reported hacker, if I forgot the name, I would ask..
I most likely wouldn't mute Henk, because he already said the name over interchat, the situation is like it is..

So I wouldn't do anything of this (mute, ban)

But I would inform Henk after, that he should use /report if theres mods/admins ingame (starac in this case)
Since starac was already ingame, he could sort this out with Shadow..

And Shadow, you again said publicly on forum something about his clan/community/fun thing "BAM!", thats not your business.
This isn't us, the owls
Keep those words for yourself, not saying them publicly at least.
Perhaps you should stop being surprised when people report you..

If i might quote the most relevant points of my (quite old) "Rules for Admins/Mods"

Here are some rules and examples how you should react as a Moderator on our server:

• Ban ONLY cheaters or players, who annoyed the whole server for about 5 minutes with spamming, insulting and vote-abusing and who rejoin after some kicks.
• Bad words are allowed and will not result in a mute. Only exception is if sb gets really annoying spamming/insulting all the time.
• Don't be too restrictive at all! Players are our friends, but those who act with malicious intent.
• ...

I am in complete agreement with ToMo, your reaction is hardly justified.
I can understand the mute if you were checking out Manjot and didn't want them blabbering on about it, but only if you had then calmly explained him why you took this action, preferably without insulting his intelligence.
Who cares who he called a noob? It's not like it interferes with what you were doing and if that is all it takes to tick you off then you are certainly not suited to be an admin.
Part of having any sort of duties on a server is that players will use you as a scapegoat for anything they see wrong with it.
Is this fair? No, but it is to be expected on the Internet.
If you cannot handle this, then you are free to step down and let someone who can laugh off a petty insult take over, no need to get all worked up over an anonymous guy online.

You could've handled this with just the mute, messaged him to say that you would like to check out Manjot in quiet and once you were done with that, explain to them in a proper tone how you would like for them to report rulebreakers to help you do your duties.
This way nobody would have gotten hurt, hell, you might have even gained some respect with him and other regulars in game at the time.
