for 0.3 are we [] or [O.o] ?

its not new tag, its just that they went ghey with dots in 0.2...
so we had to use it with underscore, now lets use it back with dot, rename on ptp is needed?

for 0.2 samp PTP is: 87.98.250.228:7771
for 0.3 samp PTP is: 87.98.250.228:7772
