Today we have put online our radio stream up, which you can listen on site, or ingame as custom radio station!
You can just switch radio station, but remember to increase the MTA volume in order to hear it

We are running icecast on our server, and we have few dj's which will broadcast music from time to time.
It wont be 24/7 online, since the music is not hosted on server, but only streamed through it by our mixers..

For now it's Sa-Mo, me and lowbeat (soon)
I will add DJ list on stream page, so you can contact them, and see who is broadcasting
Also there will be new group on forum "DJ"!
Sa-Mo is doing good job, and we started today

The genres will mostly be electronic which will consist of dnb, dubstep, ambient, chillous, trance, etc..
Besides that there will be some indie, shoegaze, classic rock and oldies, soundtracks, ..

You can reply in this topic for music suggestions, but it wont mean our dj's will follow that strictly

Of course you can also listen to our stream with the music player of your choice. Just open the URL http://ownageowls.com:8000/listen.mp3 or use the attached playlist file.

@ all "sources": I guess you could get more out of the 128kbit/s by reducing the sample rate from 48 to 32 kHz, all higher frequencies are cut-off by mp3 anyway. And my Winamp VU-Meter never peaks over ~0.6 (sa-mo playing) so you could also increase the volume i think.

Change queue-size to

<queue-size>524288</queue-size>

Right now its 65kb, this will make it 512kb

queue-size

This is the maximum size (in bytes) of the stream queue. A listener may temporarily lag behind due to network congestion and in this case an internal queue is maintained for the listeners. If the queue grows larger than this config value, then it is truncated and any listeners found will be removed from the stream.
This will be the default setting for the streams which is 512k unless overridden here. You can override this in the individual mount settings which can be useful if you have a mixture of high bandwidth video and low bitrate audio streams.

Because, streaming is always on the end almost playing...
