Change .map files to .zip files

Hey guys i made a map and i don't kno how to change the .map file to a .zip file.

Download Winrar , install it.Right click on File and click "Add to archieve (name of file). Choose Archive type .ZIP  done.

Well, with .map file you also have to attach meta.xml for settings of the map.
So put those 2 in zip file

Hmm.. I got a .map file. I use my right-mousebutton on the .map file? Then i press Add to Archive button. I get a menu and its in the Left-middle of the little screen. I can choose RAR or ZIP. When i click on ZIP and press OK, It still remains .map?? It hasn't changed into .zip file. It still says : (Name of map).map Or Doesnt it have to change into (Name of map).zip? But when i do right-mousebutton, Add to archive, it says RAR again. I got to change it into .zip again. When i done that, still nothing changes. Or can i just post a Winrar file in here?

Ok, this is MOST easy thing you can imagine omg. Both ZIP and RAR files are archives. Files inside archive are compressed(size is reduced ) . To Create archive , watch How to use WinRAR - Beginner [With Voice] video from 1:40. Do the same, just select ZIP in place of RAR, and select (mapename).map and meta.xml .. After compressing files into ZIP it wont change the original file. It will create ZIP file , which will contain (nameofmap).map and .meta.xml  files. After it, go here  http://ownageowls.com/mta than click Browse & Upload , select .zip file and click open. It will upload it.

So i just select .zip file, click OK and theres a Winrar file. Both of the items are in there. Then i just gotta place the items that are in winrar file and paste them on my screen. Then im able to post map?
