Reason: I report him because he laughting me out and not only do it one time he slapped me more rounds. Only because i kill him many round he get pisse on me and slapped me -.-

Nah everybody slaps i do too BUT only when somone is already drowning or at end of the map, and admins/mods do that only for fun.Sure alvaro did that becouse he hates you oh .Btw slapping with 0 HP isn't ''dangerous''(yeah it is in some situations haha).I don't think that was Hard abuse or whatever.
