Uh,problems,problems and just problems

Again and again me with my problems i will start :

1.i uploaded my map(cross '97 DD)
2.pet can't download my map to test it
3.pet got this error when he tryed to download it :The requested URL /uploaded43990/Cross%20%2797%20DD.zip was not found on this server. ownageowls.com

if somebody have some idea how to fix it or whatever to do please i don't know wtf happened i will be grateful ....I don't know if it's server problem or my ....

i didn't put the download link i think when i upload map there http://ownageowls.com/mta he can download it from there right?

yes, only map mngrs can there

The problem might be the ' in the name. I also don't know if the mta-server can handle this correctly without bugging, so please use just "normal" letters.
