MTA Race 1.1 Scripting

Dunno what ff is just trying to do, but this is the link to the Remote Administration Protocol of MTA Race, so you can implement this into any lang you want (i did it with a big fail in delphi, but should be possible without, too lol)

Btw if everybody wants to do a script now: would be great, if it would support FTP, MySQL and HTTP, so that you can interact between script, maps on server, forum and so on..
