it aint... if 50 % of ppl dead and somebody does a votemap everytime map changes.. you cannot even finish it -.-

yes that's right but there are RLY people who have a normal-working brain and vote 2 though they are dead.
But we need need need neEEd! VOTEMAP because i know exactly HOW enormously abgefuckt iwas when i played mta on any server and it had votecommands fucking disbaled! AND THERE was no admin and a bitchy dd which had respawn or freeroam shit or any cheater.
So i sweared that if i would ever have a server i would NEVER disable these commands!!!!!!!
NO NO NO WAY!^^

..but it seems as if this shit isn't working properly, after i set votemap to 88% and 2 other guy started a votemap they won though i voted no (so they had just 66%) (i restarted the resource before..)

After both /votemap and /new were disabled it seemed to me like there were less players in our server.
I decided to enable /votemp again. The main problem was /new anyway, because this command had no timeout, so everybody was able to /new all the time. With votemap alone this shouldn't be possible.
