Make a New topic named with your Nickname which you used ingame when you were banned.
Fill the topic with this:

2. Date/time banned:
3. Your IP:
4. Reason for ban/kick:
5. Your explanation:
INFO (WE DO NOT UNBAN IF THE REASONS ARE LIKE: "my bro did it omfg pl0x unbanan", "i wanted to have fun", "i suck at life so i hacked.")
