Hello, everytime i enter the server DM / RACE, I disconnected and I get the following error "Discconeted: Join Flood. Please Wait a minute, then Reconnect"

Use google translator sorry, but it is understood
  help me, for 2 days I can not play

Now reinstall the MTA 1.3 and nothing happened
