Title: Help! / ask

im new at the server , i have like one week playing in the server
but i have a kind of ask or help petition.
i am downlading a game patch ( not for gta ) and i decided to wait playing at this server , so i had a ping like 520 and the server ''console'' banned me.
my pseudo ask is , how long i have to wait for play it again?
and if i am banned for life , can i be unbanned? :(
help please !

i have a great graphics video card ( nVidia gtx 550 Ti ) and i have a good framerates with it , so i don't think that the problem is from the GPU , maybe the internet but idk

I can download with ~3 mb/s & still have a ping around 50-80 something, which I consider to be fairly OK!

How much do you pay for your internet?
My shity internet costs me around 10 €.

We get 60mbit/s internet + HD cable TV + Unlimited Landline (non-mobile) calls for about 60 €.

Move to me & pay ~110 euro a month. Then you & I can share a 1000 mbit/s connection. Do we have a deal Starac?

My parents together get around 650 € per month, plus they don't give a fuck about my internet.
I'm happy that I even have this one lol.
