Personally for each player for one *join-quit* game, would be cool, i think. Coz there is too much trolls and insulters, so Lester's problem could be solved very quickly.

List of players

When u re speccing someone's ride, and wanna check his ping/fps/rang, it is rather difficult to search his nickname in the player's list.. SO.
While speccing and pressing 'TAB', player's nick, whom u re speccing, should be marked somehow. (maybe like our's nick - a bit lighted).
