Title: Bug in DD Server

I was playing today at the DD Server and I was laggy. Then it said "You will be kicked if your ping stays above 200... bla bla". Everything ok 'till here. When it said Byebye that's supposed that I'll get kicked but it didn't kick me it just said Byebye over and over again.
Take a look when you can scripters  ;P

rofl :P:P yes, thats supposed to annoy the player so much that he quits voluntarily xD

you're right, actually you should have been kicked after the first message, probably a problem with the ban function or the acl again.. i'll try to fix.

banPlayer doesnt work if set to ban serial. maybe its because verifyserials is not enabled in mtaserver.conf. i changed it to ban by ip.

(just for me and maybe sdk to know later lol)
