Title: Server car mods

Hey, if someone can help me with this:
Sometimes i see mods in servers. but if i go to another server, there aren't mods anymore. So i'd hope that someone could help me, with adding car mods just to your own server, and not in whole mta/gta. Just in my server.
Someone experienced, please help me.
