Title: Use IRC To Talk From The Outside

is there a way to put zone chat on MTA for this case will be mIRC if they accept because I can assure you that it is good
and it is a good way to chat without having to get into the game also assign admins and are assigned a variety of staff you want

We had it, nobody used it, so we turned it off.
