So you wanna be admin or mod in our server?
At first read our rules for Admins/Moderators (http://ownageowls.com/forum/modadmin-request/rules-for-adminsmoderators/msg3245/#msg3245) and make sure they match your point of view.
If this is the case, create a New Topic with your ingame nickname.
Then write in topic:
1. How long do you play MTA generally?
2. How long do you play on our server?
3. What's your nickname and accountname(!) ingame?
4. Where are you from?
5. Why should you be admin/mod?
